A faux heathland layout featuring rolling grassy hills. They nearly pulled it off but the bunkers are not punitive enough and generally the course is a bit "soft" and not tight lies & firm turf.
A few holes need prior knowledge but for the most part, it is what you see is what you get.
The clubhouse is a dump, the carts make funny noises with many missing all or parts of their windshields and the parking lot is an acre of broken crumbling asphalt and rocks. Clearly the money is going into the course as the greens were virtually flawless and the rest of the layout in fine shape.

Tough greens. Nice open layout. Played terrible but had fun anyway. The wind plays more of a factor that you'd think.

Played early in the year, was already in decent shape. Would play much tougher with tall fescue. Some greens are impossible to hold, nice course overall
