This isn't called "Tricky Ricky" for nothing. Next door to Moor Park, this is completely different! It is a thinking man's course and the apparent shortness is offset by needing to place your tee shots pretty darned accurately.
I thoroughly enjoyed playing there today in a club match even though we lost 6-0!

Went back this year (2011) managed an Eagle on a par 4 so very happy. Bunkers are absolutely awful though.
August 2014... The bunkers are much improved and the course was playing well, greens very quick as well.

Tricky Ricky! no accident that name. Greens were horrible and very very slow. Played off the whites and were right back in the daisys and brambles. A lot more maintanance needed.
