Two really good rounds in a row, from the blue tees, in colder temps. Driver distance has been good. Accuracy good. Irons very good and short game today was excellent. Got up and down a lot. I am on a roll. Hate to take a day off. Everything is working.
That can't last.
Double bogeys on 1 and 6. Bunker shot on first went over green. That's the 3rd time in two days. Realized something and fixed it on the next two sand shots later in the round, one of which resulted in a sandy. On 6th, had a mishit with hybrid off the tee. Almost made it across the water, but came up about a foot short. Had to drop on the red tee box/drop area, where I hit 9i on and two-putted for a mulli-par, otherwise known as a double bogey.
If I could feel over the ball the way I have felt the last couple rounds, I'd be able to play some damn good golf. If, only.
