Went out about 3pm. Course still set up with many blue tees on black tee box. A touch better today, but a few were still on the black tee boxes. Par 3 6th and par 4 7th both played long, as did the uphill par 3 8th. I hit good tee shots on both 6 and 7, so was able to make back to back pars. Then on tough 8th, hit 5W from the blues which were on the black tee box and pushed it right. Had to make a very tough flop, which I pulled off perfectly, landing it on the middle ridge and it trickled right down to 2' below the hole to save par. 9th was also playing quite long, with the tees all the way up on the last tee box before the cart path. Didn't hit a great tee shot, but 2nd shot was pretty good. Unfortunately, it left me with a downhill lie in the fairway. Hit my PW well, but the lie contributed to a bit of a pull, leaving me on the wrong side of the green with a very difficult putt. No chance, though the putt was pretty good. Got to within 5 feet, but missed the 2nd putt for par and carded a 3-put bogey.
Started the back with a great drive and a 9i which hit 6 feet in front of the pin, bounced once and hit the pin, then fell 4 feet away. 1 putt bird.
Found trouble off the tee on 12th and had to take an unplayable penalty. Had a good chance to save bogey, but did not.
Driver still a bit inconsistent, but slightly better at times today. Had a few bad misses though. Iron game solid. Short game too, including putting.
