Was going to just go out and practice, but after playing a couple holes on the front with 2 or 3 balls, big thunderstorms arrived in force. Hung around for a couple hours til they went through and most everyone else went home. When the whistle blew to announce it was all clear, the back was empty so I played nine before dark. After about 2 inches of heavy rain, the fairways were sopping wet. Cart path only was the new order of the day.
Driver isn't working still. That's two days now that it is not right. Luckily everything else was, and my putting is coming around. Topped my drive into the crap on the 18th after a near flawless first 8 holes. Then proceeded to hit another drive that barely made the fairway. Got home in regulation with the second ball, but still had to take a double due to the S&D penalty.
