Around 70 degrees and mostly sunny. A breeze of about 5-10 mph - maybe a club or less.
Course was in fine shape. Fairways were lush and green but allowed some decent roll. Rough was punitive. Greens rolled well and were moderately quick.
We started on #14 (shot gun). I was not striking the ball well. Had a couple terrible skulled wedges and other miss-hits that added needlessly to my score. Driver was extremely accurate but not particularly long. Lots of slightly off center strikes that found the fairway but with less yardage than needed.
The course has an exact duplicate of #17 at Sawgrass as its 17th hole. The tee was located at 125 yards so it was not too difficult a shot. Would have been interesting to see what we would have done at 145 yards with some wind.
