Cloudy, about 80 degrees and humid. Breeze of around 10+ mph. A rain squall blew through on hole #4 and for a while it looked like we were going to get soaked. It blew through, however, in about 15-20 minutes.
Fairways were firm and allowed decent roll. Greens were inconsistent and fairly bumpy. Some were quick and others moderately slow.
We started on #8. I struck the ball well, especially after a couple holes. Two early 1 putts from 15+ feet on #9 & #10 really helped. After that, I couldn't make anything and had to grind to lag close enough to 2 putt.
Tied for 3rd out of 109. There is lots of trouble on this course and even the good players seem to struggle here. There were only 4 of us that scored in the 70's and that is unusual.
