65 degrees, cloudy with a gusty breeze around 10 mph. It was chilly. Plus it started to sprinkle several times.
Fairways were soft and it played long. Rough was not too long but very dense so hitting out of it was tough when the ball would settle down. Greens were smooth and quick.
Second round after my back issues. Started out stiff but slowly worked it into some degree of flexibility. Definitely have lost a bit of distance but the course was playing as long as ever has.
City tournament starts Friday so I might be respectable if I can avoid the handful of big numbers I posted today, which I am pretty sure I can. Part of the reason for the late round trouble was the Little Irish Bastard was playing even worse than I. He became very morose after #15 when I effectively took "Front/Back/Total" (and his $3!).
