Hi. I run a furniture business, and customers often call me personally for advice. It takes time, and it’s inconvenient to be constantly getting work-related calls. Maybe I should set up a call center, but that’s very expensive and a major undertaking. What do you recommend?
williamsjonas918 - 6/16/26 These days, you don’t have to bother setting up your own call center because there are already existing ones. It’s called a BPO call center, and it’s very convenient.
