This facility was known as Blue River Golf Academy until 2007. It is owned by the City of Kansas City's Parks & Recreation Division and operated by an outside firm. Two nine-hole courses are here:

The River nine is a 9-hole, regulation-length, par-35 course with water prevalent throughout the course. The walking rates are $15 Mondays through Thursdays and $16 Fridays, weekends, and holidays. The senior rate is $14 weekdays, while the junior rate is $11 all week (carts are $7).

The Rock nine is a par-3 layout that also features water and some elevation changes, and is especially suited for children, beginners, and higher-handicap players. The rates are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, and $8 for juniors (carts are $5).

Also here is the 3-hole Hill Course, which was specially-built for junior and younger golfers. This course is available at $2/round.

The practice facilities include a grass-tee, 36-bay range, pitching and putting greens, a snack bar, and meeting-conference rooms with a capacity of 100.
