This course opened on the Solway Coast in 1905 with nine holes designed by architect Willie Fernie, although architect Dave Thomas and English golf hero Peter Alliss oversaw a major redesign in 1985. Then in 1997, the course was extended to 18 holes.

Visitors are welcome at £30/round or £35/day (carts are £20/round). Societies and visiting parties are also welcome with prior arrangement.

not a bad course first time i've played it since it turned to 18 holes,greens were bad very very dry cracked in places.nice back 9 in better condition would go back but wouldnt 30 pounds.
