I played this with 11 other seniors from my own golf course as a day out and was very pleasantly surprised.
The greeting at the club was very friendly. The course generally was in excellent condtion and the greens were receptive which after the warm dry August was a pleasant surprise. They ran very true and were a good speed.
Although there are lots of trees around the fairways and a couple of holes where they were in the fairway, they weren't overly intrusive.
The only negative thing was the bunkers, they were very hard packed, and didn't seem to have been raked for a considerable time.
We had Sausage, mash, mushy peas & onions afterwards which was okay, but needed a lot more onions imho.
Overall I would highly recommend this course for a visit. It isn't overly long despite haveing one extremly long par 6.
