This attractive Pete Dye design opened in 1997 as Cotton Ranch Golf Club and was renamed in 2010 when the Town of Gypsum purchased the course and opened it to the public.

The rates here recently changed; the standard weekday rate (with cart and range balls) is $49, then $54 on weekends. (The 9-hole rates are $35 and $39, respectively.)
