Avon Fields opened in 1914 with a design by architect Robert Diddle, is considered Cincinnati's most historic course. Not many years ago, the course obtained Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status. Set on rolling terrain, the course plays to 5,801 yards, but with no water hazards along the way. The Jimmy Woods Learning Center provides game improvement and teaching facilities.

The standard walking rates are $19 on weekdays, $22 on weekends. (Carts are $15.) Twilight, 9-hole, junior, senior, and card-holder discounts are available.

GREAT STAFF WHICH YOU DON'T SEE VERY OFTEN ANYMORE. THE STARTERS WERE ESPECIALLY FREINDLY AND APPRECIATIVE OF MY GROUPS BUSINESS.
