Played the course in winter conditions (South Carolina) but, the greens were in still fast and in good shape. The layout was fun and challenging for a shorter yardage course. People, service, and food were great!

This course is similiar to 1757 in Dulles Va. The course is a shot placement course and not conductive to bomb and gouge. Lots of water and mounds to give non level golf shots. Again it seems that the added difficulty is induced by the uneven tee grounds.
Overall its average for around Summerville -- pseudo induced difficulty makes it tough.
