This private club has a long history; the first nine holes opened in 1916, a second nine in 1923, and then after a new nine opened along the Red River of the North in 1963, the land containing the old "upper nine" holes was sold for real estate development. Robert Bruce Harris, Dick Nugent, and Joel Goldstrand have all done architecture work or redesign work here. A par-3 course is also available.

Visitors are limited to those from clubs with a reciprocal arrangement and invited guests of members.
